Physical Description
Square cream cotton suzani with central medallion of a large stylised flower bordered by two multicoloured, semicircular lizards with many feet. Four similar motifs are repeated in each corner with stylised flowers within the curve of their bodies. Small birds occupy each outer corner and the whole is bordered by a repeat scrolling floral design. Bokhara couching and chain stitch. Cotton thread.
