Physical Description
Triangular topped hanging with five loops, being one at each extremity. The cream cotton base is completely covered in mainly yellow, green, brown and pink embroidered panels, bands and motifs. Shisha mirrors are used extensively in all the designs. Figures, scrolling flowers and foliage, birds and geometric designs. Cotton embroidery thread. Edge is bound with red cotton fabric. Stitches include herringbone, chain and buttonhole.
