Physical Description
Decorated garment panel on indigo cotton. Design includes 2 fish, 2 birds, butterfly, flowers and coins and a central shrine. Design is double outlined with couched gold foil and very narrow green braid. Stitches include very dense Pekinese stitch (two needle stitch), couching and running stitch. Copper coloured spangles have been applied. Blue, green, purple and some brown silk thread.
