Collection of old Dorset buttons mounted on blue velvet in a gilt frame. There are ten small buttons from 1700-1750 and five Edwardian buttons 1907, made at Lychett Minster, Dorset. The buttons are described as: HIGH TOP - early 1700s KNOBS - 1720 - made on a small disk of rams horn LINEN DISCS - 1735 to 1750 SINGLETON - 1730. On original navy blue paper marked '$6 A/46'
