Physical Description
Black cotton child's hat from the Hmong people of Thailand. The front panel of the hat is decorated with reverse appliqué and satin stitch blocks in shades of pink and blue with a border of blue, yellow and white cross stitch. Padded shape in the centre front. Pink pompoms surrounded by tassels on the top.
