Physical Description
A drawstring bag. The bag is two-tone with the top 19cm of light turquoise faille and the lower 21cm of teal blue satin weave. The seam joining the fabrics is embroidered with double feather stitch - deep coral on one side and olive green on the reverse. The lower section is embroidered in a honeysuckle design in silks creams, golds, pinks and greens using a variety of surface stitches. The bag is closed by pink and green draw cords threaded through rings, about 7cm from the top, covered with buttonhole stitch in colours to tone with the embroidery.
