Physical Description
White oval linen cutwork mat with a tatted edge. Worked on a cutwork pattern, the embroiderer has not only cut outside the designated shapes but inside as well, filling the spaces thus created with delicate needlemade lace fillings. There is an interesting buttonhole edge to the leaves and variety in all buttonhole edges.
