Physical Description
A boy's hat from Rajasthan, India. Cotton embroidered in brightly coloured cottons in broad chain stitch in geometric patterns with stylized flowers in crown, and animal motif centre back. The crown is of blue cotton lined with green cotton, the front is blue cotton, the sides red cotton lined with white cotton. Bound with narrow cotton strips in various colours.
