Physical Description
a. An unfinished child's white cotton cape and collar of broderie anglaise. The worked pieces are still in the piece and have not been cut out and made up. b.There is also a long strip of cotton in which the eyelet holes have been punched but that has not been embroidered. This strip matches the cape in design and would have been for the skirt of the matching dress.
