Physical Description
Black sateen shelf valance with three flowers of pale gold ribbon. The flowers have brown velvet centres with French knots. Leaves and stems are embroidered in green chenille thread, There is a fringe along the lower edge of green and gold hairpin crochet which is finished with green and gold tassels. Black cotton backing. A tag is attached to the back 'M Ashby, Prospect'.
