Physical Description
Indian man's marriage scarf (bokano). Red cotton ground with silk embroidery in green, yellow, purple and white. Glass shisha in two sizes of round and a teardrop shapes. Fringe of green and clear beads 'a feston' and cotton bobble tassels in red, green and yellow. Satin, one sided satin, interlacing and hem stitches. Threads have been withdrawn to provide guide-lines for the stitching. Made of two pieces with an openwork seam.
