Physical Description

A jug cover of white cotton net with a border of beadwork triangles. Two layers of cotton net, octagonal in shape, have been hand stitched together. There is a row of beads stitched just inside the edge; a row of beaded loops around the outside and a triangle of beads based on each side of the octagon. Although mostly of clear glass, the beads appear to have had some colouring matter along the hole which has, for the most part, washed out and stained the net adjoining the beads pink.
