Physical Description
A pair of fine linen drawers. The waist band is fastened at either side with buttons and tapes. Motifs of handmade filet lace are inserted into each leg and these are surrounded with hemstitching and eyelets There is an edging of plaited bobbin lace around each leg. Embroidered just below the waist band at centre front is the name 'Elena'. (see also 1984-177 and 1984-176).
