Physical Description
Towel of very fine handwoven cotton in plain weave. The ends are embroidered with multicoloured silk thread. Stitches include double darning. The design is comprised of cypress trees and flowerpots over a band of flowers and leaves. The three edges of the fabric around the embroidered design are buttonholed stitched with metallic thread.
