Physical Description
Rabari head pad (idani) embroidered allover with multicoloured thread and shisha mirrors. Multicoloured, chunky, felted goat hair tassels have been attached with buttons to the rim and the base of the pad and all around the small triangular back panel (tail). Cotton fabric and cotton thread. Stitches include chain stitch, buttonhole stitch and some running stitch. Some bead embroidery. Colours include yellow, pink, green, blue and white.
