Physical Description
A long black synthetic sash with a piece of applied gold work (8cm x 58cm) embroidered on black silk velvet. Design is comprised of a row of 5 circular motifs enclosed in a geometric all over braid like design. Similar semi circle motifs are worked all around the edge. There are brown and green semi-precious stones applied in the centre of each motif. Bright check purl and pearl purl gold thread has been used.
