Physical Description
Child's white spotted voile dress with frilled collar and multicoloured smocked waistband. Smocking is worked in yellow, red, orange, green and brown cotton thread. Collar is decorated with a yellow machine stitched frill and some small yellow, orange and green detached chain, floral sprays.
