Embroidered cotton bed cover and matching pillow sham.(a) Bed cover consisting of 16 panels joined with faggoting. Design is of various large and small floral motifs and scrolling leaves worked in multicoloured pearl cotton and cord. Stitches include long and short stitch, satin stitch and French knots with buttonhole stitch and picots around the edge.(b) Pillow sham with matching scattered floral motifs and the same edging.
