Physical Description
Festival headdress of T'boli tribe of the Philippine Island of Mindanao. A wooden central piece of roughly half-moon shape includes comb teeth and seven inset circular pieces of mica. The edges of the wood have beads attached and strings of beads hang from either side. These latter are black, white, red and yellow. Two irregular shaped 'horns' project upwards from the main wooden piece. These are round with metal wire and have more beads attached.
