Physical Description
A bedding cover, 'saye gosha' used to cover the bedding stacked on chests in yurts. Made from two long strips joined at right angles into a "V" shape. Geometric pattern with a ram's horn motif worked in coloured silks in cross stitch on fine red cotton fabric. The piece is backed with red cotton and has an 11cm wide handmade fringe on the outer edge. The fringe is of various colours and with white glass beads on the thread ends.
