Physical Description
a & b: A pair of shaped covers (use unknown) embroidered in counted work on gauze. The gauze has been laid over metallic foil. The floral and butterfly motif is worked in pinks, buff, purple and green against a background of turquoise in counted design. The shaped pieces are bound in dark purple and lined with blue and backed with dark blue self-patterned fabric. There is a top opening. A stitch of red holds the two together.
