Physical Description
An Afghan tent decoration known as a ' Saye Goshe' used to cover the folded bedding in the yurt. Two long strips joined at right angles embroidered on red woollen fabric in surface stitches, mostly chain stitch, in coloured threads. Two motifs, including a sun motif are repeated along each strip. The two outside edges are fringed. From the Lakai people region.
