Physical Description
A calico bib apron with two pockets, all edged with beige bias binding. The design across the lower half of the apron is of (Little Bo Peep) a crinoline lady with a shepherd's crook tied with a blue bow. On either side is a black-faced sheep peeping out from behind a tree. The trees have orange fruit and there is band of blue-purple tulips across the design. The tulips are also embroidered on the bib and the pockets. The figure is wearing a yellow-orange dress with a collar and band at the hem of a check fabric, a hat of the same colour and a small blue apron matching the ribbon on the crook. Needlepainting, padded satin stitch (foliage, fruit), French knots (tulip stamen), stem stitch (tulip stems).
