Physical Description

Calico apron edged with pale brown bias binding, with one pocket on the left side edged with the same bias binding. A design of a young lady in a green dress seated on a tasselled cushion holding a bunch of purple grapes up to a galah. There is a basket of fruit next to the seated figure and a bunch of grapes on the pocket. The design is worked in needlepainting with French knots, satin stitch and chain stitch, all worked in single silk threads.
