Physical Description
Vietnamese garment panel (Red Dao), of rectangular shape, usually sewn on the front of a garment. Counted thread embroidery in brown and grey on a black handwoven background. Traditional designs in horizontal panels, using floral motifs, with central geometric panel. The whole intricate design is enclosed by a narrow border.
