A pair of mats embroidered on net. Overall floral design with motifs outlined in silver thread and embellished with sequins. Emboidery is in surface satin stitch over appliqué card shapes. Colours of soft blues, pink and silver. Fine metal thread scalloped edge. The donor suggests that these are Islamic in a style known as 'Misar'.
