Physical Description
Rectangular, pictorial kantha quilted cloth worked on three layers of fine off-white cotton. Embroidered in multicoloured cotton thread using running stitch to depict various human figures, an elephant, turtle, fish, leaf shapes and insects. Signed in the bottom right hand corner in dark blue. Background densely stitched in pale yellow and there is a 2cm multicoloured edge.
