Physical Description
Two cream cotton evenweave fabric bodice panels for a woman's dress, secured at the bottom centre front with three mustard silk tassels. The panels are joined with an attached collar. Two further tassels decorate each panel. Densely worked in crimson red, green and navy blue silk thread. Counted thread work worked entirely with counted satin stitch. All edges worked in mustard thread using braid stitch.
