Physical Description
Child's hooded hat lined with red satin, edged with ruched commercial ribbon. The whole is decorated with a 'Dragon Fish; applied design in multicolours. The design is constructed to include layered fins, a padded spine, fringing and use of paint. Front of hood is an animal face and includes staring eyes and a raised butterfly. Child's wind hat with padding and a long back flap to keep the head warm during winter. The back is decorated with a 'Dragon Fish' with layered fins and a padded spine. It has an animal head with ears to hear evil approaching, large eyes to spot danger and a mouth full of huge bared teeth.
